01、Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Acupuncture and moxibustion has the effect of dredging the meridians and collaterals. It can promote the circulation of qi and blood, unblock the blocked meridians and collaterals, maintain the smooth flow of qi, and improve symptoms such as joint numbness, pain, and swelling. Acupuncture and moxibustion can also play a role in regulating yin and yang. It can regulate the waxing and waning of yin and yang in the human body to maintain the balance of yin and yang, and has the effect of preventing and treating diseases.
02、Moxibustion Therapy

Moxibustion therapy uses wormwood leaves as raw materials to make moxa wool. By burning wormwood to smoke or heat the acupoints of the human body, it can achieve the effects of warming and dredging the meridians and collaterals, dispelling dampness and cold, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, etc.
03、Tuina
Tuina refers to using hands to press on the meridians and acupoints of the human body according to traditional Chinese medicine, and using manipulation techniques such as pushing, grasping, lifting, pinching, and kneading for treatment. Tuina also has titles such as “Anqiao”, “Qiaoyin”, and “Anwu”. As a non-drug physical therapy method, doctors will use their own hands to act on the surface of the patient’s body, the injured part, the uncomfortable area, specific acupoints, and the painful area.
04、Gua Sha

Guided by the theory of meridians and acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine, Gua Sha uses special scraping tools and corresponding manipulation techniques. Dipping in a certain medium, it repeatedly scrapes and rubs on the surface of the body, causing local skin to show red millet-like spots or dark red bleeding points and other “sha” changes, so as to achieve the effect of promoting blood circulation and expelling sha.
05、Cupping

Through negative pressure suction, it makes the capillaries on the surface of the skin rupture, and promotes the discharge of dampness and cold in the body. It has the effects of relaxing the muscles and dredging the meridians, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, etc. There are many types of cups. Commonly used clinical cups include bamboo cups, ceramic cups, glass cups, and air-extraction cups, etc. However, it is not suitable for use in cases such as high fever, convulsions, and spasms, on the skin with allergies or ulcerated and damaged areas, on parts where the muscles are thin or the bones are uneven and there is a lot of hair. Pregnant women should use it with caution on the lumbosacral region and abdomen.
