Ingredients: 100 grams of fresh pork skin, 100 grams of rice flour, 10 grams of white honey. Appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and a little chopped chives.
Method: 1. Shave the fresh pig skin, blanch it, remove it, wash it, and cut it into pieces

2. Put the pork skin pieces in the casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, change to low heat and cook for 30 minutes, add rice noodles, continue to cook for 5 minutes, add white honey, salt and chicken essence to taste.
