Operation
The doctor pinches the four fingers of the child patient with the left hand, turns the palm upward, and uses the pulp surface of the thumb of the other hand to manipulate the Neilaogong acupoint. Then, bend the four fingers of the child patient upward and hold them with the left hand. Next, use the pulp surfaces of the index finger and middle finger to pat, rising and falling alternately, from the Neiguan acupoint and Jianshi acupoint along the Tianheshui (the medial aspect of the forearm) up to the Hongchi acupoint. This is considered one operation, and it should be performed 10 to 20 times.
