By pulling the earlobe, it can stimulate the acupuncture points in the ear, regulate the function of the viscera, and promote the flow of qi and blood. The specific operation method is: use the thumb and index finger to clamp the earlobe, gently lift it upward, then relax, repeat several times, and then gently pull the earlobe in the clockwise direction to achieve the purpose of dredging the meridians.

3. Rubbing the abdomen
