The tongue constantly shakes inside the mouth in the case of tongue playing. Heat in the heart and spleen causes the lips to become parched. First, prick the main acupoint Shousanli, and then use Guanchong and Shaochong for treatment.

Introduction of Acupoints
Shousanli: Located two cun below Quchi.
Guanchong: Located on the outer side of the ring finger of the hand, at a distance from the fingernail as wide as a chive leaf.
Shaochong: Located at the end of the inner edge of the little finger of the hand, at a distance from the corner of the fingernail as wide as a chive leaf.

[Case 1]: In the autumn of 1955 (the forty-fourth year of the Republic of China), when my clinic was at No. 15 Andong Street, Taipei City, there was a certain gentleman, about thirty years old.
