Analysis of Etiology and Pathology
[Analysis 1]: According to the Golden Mirror, it is noted that the condition of wooden tongue is all caused by the accumulated heat in the heart and spleen. The meridian of the spleen is under the tongue, and the tongue is the sprout of the heart. When the fire rushes upward, it makes the tongue swell, become wooden and hard, and unable to move, so it is named wooden tongue. If not treated urgently, it will surely be difficult to save.
