The fourth step is to knead the method. Hugging and rubbing the knee joint. Hold the inside and outside of the knee joint with both palms and rub alternately for half a minute.
The fifth step is the beating method. Slap the outside, anterior, and medial sides of the lower limbs. Slap each part 3-5 times with empty palms or empty fists.
The sixth step is to massage the back of the foot. Hold the soles of your feet with both hands and massage the top of your feet with the pads of your fingers 10-20 times. You can also use a large thenar or palm heel to push and rub.
The seventh step is the shaking method, bending and stretching method. Mobilize the ankle joint. Drag the ankle joint with one hand and hold the toes with the other, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, and shake the ankle joint 5-8 times each. Then do dorsiflexion and back extension of the ankle joint, gradually reduce the force, and end the massage on one side.
Then massage the lower limb on the other side in the same way, then turn the body over and form a prone position.

The second step is the law. – Buttocks and the back of the lower limbs. One hand and half clench the fist on the buttocks and back of the thigh 3-5 times.
The third step is the pressing method. Press the ring jump point. Overlap the pads of the thumbs of both hands and press the ring jumping points for half a minute. Press the pad of the thumb of one hand on the Chengfu point, Yinmen point, Weizhong point, and Chengshan point for half a minute each, and rub while pressing.
The fourth step is to rub the Kunlun point and the Taixi point. Knead while lifting for 1-2 minutes.
The fifth step is to strike the buttocks and the back of the lower limbs. Tap for 1-2 minutes.
The sixth step, kneading method, hug and knead the back of the lower limbs. Hold and rub the back of the thighs and the muscles of the back of the calves 3-5 times.
The seventh step is to massage the reflex area of the five organs on the sole of the foot. Cardiac reflex area (behind the 4th and 5th toe seams of the left foot), liver reflex area (upper boundary of the 4th and 5th phalanges of the right foot), spleen reflex area (posterior depression of the heart reflex area of the left foot), pulmonary and bronchial reflex area (behind the trapezius muscle of the posterior half of the forefoot), renal reflex area (an oval area behind the depression behind the toe seam of the 2nd and 3rd toes), gonadal reflex area (in the middle of the heel bones of both feet).
