Health massage technique for the head

01Preparatory formula
Take a sitting position, your waist is slightly straight, your feet are shoulder-width apart, the palm of your left hand overlaps the back of your right hand, gently place it on your lower abdomen, your eyes are level and slightly closed, your breathing is adjusted, your whole body is relaxed, and you sit quietly for 1~2 minutes.
02Push the forehead

03Knead the horn sun point
