Place the pulp surfaces of the middle fingers of both hands on the Yingxiang acupoint beside the nostrils, and gently knead and press it 48 times. It can prevent and treat colds and rhinitis.

The Fifth Style: Tapping Teeth Regularly

First, tap the upper and lower front teeth 48 times, and then tap the large teeth on both sides 48 times. The force of tapping should not be too strong, and it is appropriate to make a soft sound. It can prevent and treat dental diseases and improve intelligence.

The Sixth Style: Stirring Tongue Regularly

Close the mouth and tongue gently. First, place the tongue outside the teeth and inside the lips, and slowly rotate it clockwise and counterclockwise, doing 9 times for each direction. It can prevent and treat periodontitis, improve language ability, and increase saliva.

The Eleventh Style: Massaging Abdomen Regularly

Overlap the palms of both hands in the center of the navel. First, massage the abdomen in a small range clockwise around the navel 12 times, then in a large range 12 times, and then in a small range again 12 times. It can prevent and treat diseases of the liver, gallbladder, stomach, intestines, pancreas, and pelvis.
