1. Clapping therapy:

Because there are hundreds of acupuncture points on the hands, clapping hands can vibrate the qi veins, drive the circulation of the twelve meridians and the eight meridians of the strange meridians (including the two meridians of Ren and Du), and can also expel the cold and filthy qi in the human body from the tips of the fingers. 1) How to clap your hands: 15 minutes of hard patting, 100 times/minute, and practice continuously for 15 minutes (any posture can be used).

5) Clap therapy should be practiced at least half an hour after eating. If you encounter a red light while driving, it is the best time to clap your hands, if you close the windows, the sound is not easy to transmit to the outside and will not cause noise. 2. “Hand Raise Therapy”:
The principle of raising hand therapy is that we have six meridians on both hands, namely the heart meridian, lung meridian, pericardial meridian, large intestine meridian, small intestine meridian, and sanjiao meridianWhether their qi and blood are smooth or not involves our nervous condition, digestive condition, respiratory condition, excretion status, and sleep status. When we raise our hands to practice, we naturally fill these six meridians with qi and blood, and at the same time force the qi and blood to run through these six meridians; In this way, qi and blood will not accumulate in the internal organs, and the purpose of detoxification will be achieved. If you want to get the greatest effect of raising your hands, it is best to use standing hand-raising therapy, that is, while raising your hands, you can also let the heels of your feet stand up, so that it is easier to infuse qi and blood downwards into the thighs, calves, and soles of your feet, and promote the smoothness and vigor of the qi and blood in the six meridians on your feet. The six meridians on the feet are the liver meridian, spleen meridian, kidney meridian, gallbladder meridian, stomach meridian, and bladder meridian, and their smoothness is closely related to the function of the human liver, kidneys, and stomach.
Method: Straighten your arms and raise them flat to both sides of your body (not forward, nor vertical above your head, palm direction, standing or sitting).
At the beginning of practicing hand raising therapy, you can only lift for 5 minutes, you can do it step by step, if you want to achieve obvious curative effect, each hand raising must last for 20 minutes. No matter which kind of hand raising therapy, it will be uncomfortable over time, and there will be soreness and swelling. However, the wonderful thing about this skill lies in its soreness and swelling. Soreness and numbness show the phenomenon of blockage of qi and blood in the body. In order to raise your hand for a long time, the arm must mobilize a lot of qi and blood to support it, and in the process of mobilizing qi and blood, any blockage will inevitably cause soreness and swelling. As long as you endure the soreness and numbness for a certain period of time, the phenomenon of soreness and numbness will definitely be lifted, which means that the blockage has been opened. The cause of the blockage is the body’s toxins, that is, substances that are harmful to the human body, such as uric acid.
Toxins in the body, which can also be said to be (pollutants), are mostly products of the body’s metabolism after absorbing food. The truth is that if you eat well, you will die early, they often stay in the gaps of blood vessels, muscles, muscles, bones, joints and organs. Make the body slowly rigid and age.
Note: When raising your hand, you should have no distractions, the emptier your heart is, the better, the quieter the better, and you can’t raise your hand while reading a book or watching TV. The more focused and relaxed the heart, the better the effect. When practicing hand raising therapy, over time, with the natural progress of kung fu, the soreness and numbness in both arms will gradually be reduced, the meridians and qi veins will be unblocked, and the whole body and mind will become extremely comfortable.
When practicing hand raising therapy, you can shake your hands constantly or turn your palms over constantly, but your arms should not hang down or raise your head up. When you are sore, you can put it down and rest for a while before lifting, and if you can raise your hands flat for 30 minutes without shaking, you can improve various intractable diseases, including cancer.
3. Shake your hand (5~10 minutes or 100 times)
There are three yang meridians and three yin meridians on the hands, and whether their qi and blood vessels are smooth or not has a lot to do with the health of the heart, lungs, and large and small intestines. Therefore, people with weak hands can conclude that the heart, lungs, and large and small intestines are also not good. The purpose of shaking hands is to infuse qi and blood into the arms, palms, and fingers. Its function is to unblock the meridians and qi veins of the whole hand. When throwing your hands, your knees are slightly bent, which can increase the strength of your legs, make the qi and blood pour out, and play a wonderful role in the rise of clear qi and the fall of turbid qi. The feet also have three yang meridians and three yin meridians, and whether their qi and blood vessels are smooth or not is related to the function of the liver and gallbladder, spleen and stomach, kidneys, and bladder, so if you want to strengthen these organs, you must exercise your legs and feet.
Feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, upper body straight, face forward, hands thrown back at the same time, palms facing backward. The power of the throw can be determined by personal physical strength. The advantage of heavy throwing is that the effect of exercise is great, but the shoulders will be sore the next day, and it will take a few days to get used to it. The advantage of light throwing is that it is easy to do, but it must be shaken for a longer period of time.
4. Make a fist (very simple):
Use both hands to work together and clench your fists hard to strengthen the muscles and bones of the palms, thereby strengthening the peripheral nerves of the hands and promoting the health of the whole body. This action, according to legend, is derived from the Bodhidharma Yi Jin Sutra, which is quite effective for strengthening the body, and it is said that Yue Fei once practiced this exercise and created his extraordinary arm strength.
5. Clap your arms with your palms
There are six meridians on the hand, pericardial meridian, lung meridian, heart meridian, large intestine meridian, small intestine meridian, and sanjiao meridian, see the figure below:
Method: The left and right hands pat the inside and outside of the arm of the other hand respectively: pat the inside and outside of the left arm with the right palm, and pat the inside and outside of the right arm with the left palm, and take turns to pat each other. The time is about a few minutes. You can choose a key shot according to your own situation.

There are 9 acupuncture points on the pericardial meridian of the hand jueyin, which is directly related to the health of the heart, and this meridian is not smooth, which will manifest: heat in the palms, swelling of the armpits, chest tightness, redness, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, etc. By clapping your hands to dredge the pericardial meridian, you can cure cardiovascular and nervous system diseases, such as heart pain, palpitations, heart and chest discomfort, epilepsy, vomiting, sores and shoulder and elbow pain.
2. There are 11 acupoints on the hand Taiyin lung meridian, and this meridian is not smooth, which will manifest: lung fullness, wheezing, cough, collarbone pain, shoulder and back pain, yellow urine, etc. Clapping your hands to dredge the hand Taiyin lung meridian can cure laryngeal, chest and lung diseases, such as cough, asthma, coughing up blood, cold, sore throat, cold shoulders and back, chest pain, vomiting and diarrhea, hemorrhoids, etc.

If this meridian is not smooth, the body will have symptoms such as deafness, swollen cheeks, sore throat, neck pain, jaw pain, shoulder blade pain, upper arm pain, forearm pain, etc. If you clap your hands to open up this meridian, you can cure diseases in the abdomen, small intestine, chest, heart, throat and other parts. For example, headache, blurred vision, breast pain, low milk, low back pain, malaria, jaundice, epilepsy, etc.
6. There are 23 acupuncture points in the hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian, and if this meridian is not smooth, the body will experience deafness, tinnitus, earache and sore throat. 6. Pat your face, ears, head, neck, and abdomen
1. Acupressure massage on the face
Press and massage the eyes, nose, and mouth with two fingers to maintain the visual nerves, olfactory nerves, and taste nerves.
Rub and pull the left and right ears with two fingers, because the ears have ear points. Acupuncture points are also one of the methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diseases. There are many acupuncture points in the ears, and the qi of the ear acupuncture points is related to the health of the whole body. Therefore, using the time of walking and fitness, while rubbing and pulling the ears with both hands, is also greatly conducive to the overall health of the human body.
2. Pull and massage the ears, and shiatsu massage the head
Pull and massage the ears, and use the fingertips of both hands to press and buckle the entire scalp in turn. Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has so-called scalp needles. It can be seen that the qi of the head acupoint is also related to the health of the whole body, so take advantage of the opportunity of walking and fitness, and press the entire scalp with your fingers in turn, which is of great help to people’s brain function and overall health.
3. Press the front, back and sides of the neck with the fingers of both hands. The neck is the bridge between the head and the chest and abdomen, with six yang meridians passing through it, and there are also many acupuncture points, which are also very helpful to health with acupressure and massage every day.
4. Acupressure massage chest:
Press the rib groove and sternum with your left and right fingers. This can strengthen the function of lung breathing. The above-mentioned spleen meridian, liver meridian, stomach meridian, and kidney meridian also pass through the ribs. Therefore, pressing the ribs also helps the function of the liver, kidneys, spleen and stomach.
5. Massage the back
Make a fist with both hands and massage the back of the fist into your back and spine. There are many acupuncture points of the bladder meridian on the back, and each section of the spine has acupuncture points of the Du meridian, which is greatly conducive to the health of the human body.
The Du meridian is the governor of the human body’s yang meridians, and the six yang meridians intersect with the Du meridian on the large vertebra point, which has the effect of regulating the qi and blood of the yang meridian, which can not only resist external evils, but also warm the meridians and moisturize the internal organs. Clenching fists with both hands and massaging the Mingmen point on the back Du meridian can nourish qi and kidneys, strengthen the waist and strengthen the yang, and support righteousness.
While massaging the Du Mai acupoint, you can also massage the acupuncture points on the bladder meridian on the back, so that you can aphrodisiac and nourish the kidneys while detoxifying. The effect of treating diseases and strengthening the body will be more obvious.
6. Hitting the upper part of the tail vertebrae with the back of both palms and patting the outside of the left and right buttocks
Slapping here can strengthen the qi of the pulse, thereby promoting bowel movements, which is also detoxification, which is very important for human health; Take turns patting the midline of the left and right buttocks with the back of the left and right palms, which is where the foot solar bladder meridian passes. Slapping the bladder meridian helps with diuresis, which is also an important mechanism for detoxification of the human body. The last thing to pat is the outside of the left and right buttocks, which is where the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian passes, and the purpose is to promote bile secretion. Bile aids digestion, bowel movements and is also important for health.
7. Acupressure massage the abdomen
Press and massage the upper and lower abdomen with your left and right fingers. The upper and lower abdomen have the Ren meridian, the foot Yangming stomach meridian, the foot Shaoyin kidney meridian, the foot Taiyin spleen meridian, and the foot jueyin liver meridian. Take turns to tap or massage these two parts to help strengthen the function of the spleen, stomach, liver and kidneys.

There are a total of 28 acupuncture points on the left and right sides of the foot jueyin liver meridian, and the liver meridian is one of the most important meridians for human detoxification. If the liver meridian is not smooth, symptoms such as low back pain, diarrhea, chest tightness and enuresis will occur. Acupressure massage of the liver meridian can cure liver and gallbladder diseases, genitourinary system, nervous system and ophthalmic diseases.
There are a total of 21 acupuncture points in the foot Taiyin spleen meridian, and if this meridian is not smooth, the human body will have symptoms such as tightness at the base of the tongue, stomach pain, abdominal distension, belching, and general weakness. Massage stimulates the foot taiyin spleen meridian to regulate the spleen and stomach, and cure digestive system diseases such as spleen and stomach.
There are 27 acupuncture points in the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, which is the most connected meridian to the organs of the human body. Massage stimulates the kidney meridian, which may cure diseases of the genitourinary, nervous and digestive systems, such as nocturnal ejaculation, impotence, irregular menstruation, asthma, dizziness, frequent urination, etc.
There are a total of 45 acupuncture points in the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian, and acupressure massage can cure gastrointestinal digestive, nervous and respiratory diseases. For example, stomach problems, bloating, vomiting, sore throat, and stroke hemiplegia.
8. Pat the bladder meridian
The foot solar bladder meridian is the meridian with the most acupuncture points, which is mainly responsible for the genitourinary system, nervous system, respiratory system and digestive system of the human body. Patting and dredging the foot solar bladder meridian can cure diseases such as malaria, enuresis and poor urination. The foot solar bladder meridian is one of the most important meridians for detoxification of the human body.
The foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian is the longest of the twelve meridians, this meridian is not smooth, often there will be symptoms such as bitter mouth, dry stools, yellow urine, etc., patting the outside of the left and right buttocks to stimulate the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian, which can make the liver and gallbladder shine and improve the digestion, blood supply and detoxification functions of the liver and gallbladder. If the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian is unobstructed, the toxins in the body will be excreted in time through the intestines. Therefore, the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and the foot taiyang bladder meridian are the most critical meridians for detoxification.
7. Hold your breath (Tibetans call it Aquarius gas)
It has an obvious annealing effect, which is quite helpful for people who are usually too angry.
If the limbs are deprived of oxygen, the limbs will feel weak; If the brain lacks oxygen, the brain will become sluggish and unskilled; If the heart is deprived of oxygen, the chest will feel stuffy, become unopen-minded, and therefore cannot be happy. Professor Warber, a German Nobel Prize winner in medicine, found that when the oxygen content in human tissue cells is less than 65% of the normal value, hypoxic tissue cells are prone to cancer. Therefore, to maintain health, strengthening lung function is the first step. The lungs are the largest internal organs of the human body, and if you want to treat diseases and strengthen the body, you must first strengthen the lungs, and the methods to strengthen lung function such as deep breathing, jogging, climbing, and swimming can be done. However, the effect of practicing treasure bottle qi is the most direct and fastest, and it has an auxiliary effect on the treatment of all diseases, and its importance even exceeds that of traditional Chinese medicine. The reason is that it can quickly improve and strengthen human lung function within four or five days. After the cells of the whole body receive sufficient oxygen, the tissues, organs, internal organs, and limbs of various departments can function normally, and it is not easy to have hypoxia.
The most basic effect of the Aquarius Qi fitness method is to improve the body’s immunity, and insist on refinement to avoid catching a cold for many years. In addition, one of the important effects of practicing treasure bottle qi is to prevent cancer. There are many causes of cancer, one of which is hypoxia, cancer cells are cells that can reproduce without oxygen, if the human blood is hypoxic, it provides the trigger for cancer cells to multiply. If you have made up your mind to practice Treasure Bottle Qi every day, it is recommended to buy an electronic timer, and it is very clear how long you can hold your breath each time. If you haven’t bought an electronic timer yet, it’s a good idea to use your watch for the time being to count the seconds you hold each breath. It is best not to use the method of silent numbering in your heart to calculate, because it is difficult to be accurate.
1. Minimal practice method:
Inhale once and close, wait until you can’t stand it and don’t exhale immediately, then inhale a second time to make the lungs fuller, at this time you can continue to hold your breath for 10 seconds or 20 seconds, and after you can’t stand it, you can continue to inhale a third time, continue to hold your breath, a total of several inhalations are unlimited, the principle is to inhale until you can’t inhale again, close until you can’t close it anymore, and finally exhale it out from the nostrils. This method can make the lungs as full as possible, and no alveoli are not filled with air.
2. Advanced practice:
Take a full breath first, then press one nostril with your fingers, shoot the air in the lungs out of the other nostril, take a full breath immediately after the ejaculation, then press one nostril, and then shoot out the air in the lungs, and so on, after a total of three inhalations and three shots, the air in the lungs is exhausted, that is, start to stop breathing, after about ten seconds to twenty or thirty seconds, the whole body will feel very sad, at this time you can take a breath gently, and then hold your breath, after holding your breath for a while, the whole body will be sad again, at this time you can not exhale but continue to take a second breath. Then hold your breath. After inhaling in about three to five times, you can’t inhale and close again, so you have to exhale the air, so even if you practice Aquarius Qi.
3. Pay the most attention to the practice method:
Inhale through your nostrils, then stop breathing, then tighten your abdominal muscles so that your belly is as close to your waist as possible, and your chin is pressed against your neck, but your face should remain facing forward and your head should not be lowered. At this time, the chest naturally bulges, the diaphragm is naturally lifted, and the shoulders are slightly raised. After holding the breath for a while, you feel unbearable and cannot exhale, but you can continue to inhale three or four times to make the lungs extremely full, if you can keep it for 60 seconds without exhaling, the effect is better, and it must be closed for at least 15 seconds to be effective.
Note: Although it is said that the longer it is closed, the better, but it also needs to use a gradual method so that it will not be too hard. People who have not practiced this method will be very unaccustomed to it at first, very uncomfortable, feel swollen head, some people will dizzy, some people will have chest pain the next day, these phenomena do not need to be afraid, and they will get used to it after a few days. If you can not exhale for 60 seconds every time, it is enough to practice 3 times a day. Generally, patients with chronic diseases practice at least once a day, and practice twice when they have time. Adults practice ten times each time; Children practice three times each time.
8. Spinal exercises (can keep the spine soft):
1. Bend left and right (30 times): first stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, then bend to the right, bend your neck, the greater the bend, the better, at least the ear holes should face the ground, so that the spine is bent one right and one left, like a spring. One right and one left should be just one breath. People with chronic rhinitis and headaches must do 200~400 times, and the effect will be very good.
2. Bend forward (30 times): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, then cross your fingers with your hands crossed, palms down, and bend forward, exhale, keeping your palms as close to the ground as possible. Step by step, you can stick to the ground at the end, and then straighten up.
3. Bend backwards (30 times): Bend your body backwards, first make your face facing the sky, and then try to lean your head towards the ground, so that the body forms a reverse bow shape, with the chest and abdomen facing the sky and the waist and spine facing the ground. 5. Head and feet hanging in the air (7 times)
The way to hang your head and feet is to lie flat on the hard bed (spring beds are not suitable) and lie on your back, raise your head first, about twenty or thirty centimeters high from the bed board, and 40 centimeters high. Then lift your feet, the same height as your head, and your knees can be slightly bent or unbent. Then keep your head and feet in the air, and your body in a V-shaped position until you can’t support it, you can put it down and rest. After resting for a few seconds, do the same movement 7 times.
The purpose of the head and feet is to make the waist, back, abdomen, as well as the gastrointestinal tract, bladder, liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus, ovaries, and testicles all in a state of contraction, so as to promote blood renewal and good circulation. It is the most subtle visceral exercise that promotes visceral function and prevents visceral aging.
6. Kneel back (30 times):
Kneel on a hard bed or floor, and people with knee pain can put a towel or blanket on it. The body should be upright, at 90 degrees to the calves, the soles of the feet should be upright, the big toes of the feet should be close to the floor or bed, and the buttocks should not sit on the heels. After kneeling, inhale while leaning back about 40 or 45 degrees, with your chin pressed against your neck, in other words, your face is not facing the sky, but facing forward and upward. Then the body returns to a kneeling position, exhale, and do this for a total of 30 times.
The purpose of this movement is to exercise the strength of the abdomen, back, waist, and feet, thereby benefiting the health of the internal organs. It has a wide range of efficacy and can treat chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, bladder, ovaries, uterus, kidneys, pancreas, liver, etc.
9. Gastrointestinal exercise (also known as abdominal breathing, 3~5 minutes)
This kind of smooth qi therapy was originally called abdominal breathing, because it can cure gastrointestinal diseases, so it is called gastrointestinal exercise.
Standing posture must be practiced on an empty stomach (if you are full, it will interfere with digestion and easily cause abdominal discomfort). The so-called gastrointestinal exercise is just an action of concave the abdomen and relaxing it, because it must be cooperated with breathing during practice, so it is called abdominal breathing method. There are two types of so-called abdominal breathing: inhaling and relaxing the abdomen, which is called reverse breathing; Relax the abdomen when inhaling and contract the abdomen when exhaling, which is called smooth breathing. This method can cure gastrointestinal bleeding, constipation, insomnia, habitual diarrhea, impotence, gastrointestinal ulcers, bloating, indigestion, too many hiccups, menstrual pain in women, too little menstrual flow, and menstruation that cannot be collected and dragged on for too long. People with severe insomnia can get up in the middle of the night and practice for 20 minutes before going back to bed to ensure effectiveness.
10. Stretching:
When people are old and their tendons shrink and the tendons of the whole body are shortened, the whole body will become stiff and uncomfortable, the circulation of qi and blood will be poor, and the metabolism will slow down, so there will be all kinds of diseases
1. Stretch your abs: kneel on the bed or cushion, let the top of your feet stick to the bed or cushion, then pull your heels to the left and right sides, then let your hips drop, sit on the bed or cushion, and then let your body slowly lean back. First touch your head to the bed or mat, then lie down slowly with your back facing the sky, your back pressed against the bed or mat, and hold for 60 seconds before getting up. This action often leads to soreness in the tendons, so it is advisable to endure it. The soreness will be reduced after a long time, so that people will not be unbearable.
2. Pulling the back tendons: divided into two pulling methods. The first is to straighten your legs on the bed or mat, then touch your knees with your forehead at least 10 times. When practicing, try to straighten your legs and try not to arch your knees upwards. The second is to sit on the bed or mat, put your feet together, palms up, put your little toes together, and then touch your big toe with your forehead at least 30 times. It is difficult to encounter at first, but after a long time, you will encounter it.
3. Pulling the hamstrings: Pulling the hamstrings is also called splitting, and its action is to split the legs to the left and right sides. At the beginning, the buttocks are very high from the bed or cushion, but as long as you don’t get discouraged and persevere, one day your buttocks can stick to the bed or cushion so that your legs are in a straight line.
4. Pull the tendons (the effect is to relax the shoulder muscles and bones, and it is effective in treating frozen shoulder):
First, press the back of the palm of your right hand against your back, palm outward, fingers up.
